About the event
The Cornershop presents the return of “EPHEMEMO-RIES”, a participatory AI art experience shaped by the memories of more than 500 people who shared their stories of Tsim Sha Tsui at The Cornershop in October 2025.
Each memory became part of a larger creative process, reimagined through artificial intelligence by Picture Rhythm Studios (@prsvisions) into more than 1,200 AI-generated images that came together as a shared visual story of the Tsim Sha Tsui community. The resulting works travelled across the border to Shenzhen, where they were presented at the 10th Urbanism/Architecture Bi-City Biennale with over 100 telephone-booth artworks, continuing a cross-city exchange of memories, urban life and culture.
Returning to The Cornershop this October, EPHEMEMO-RIES: PART 2 CITY THEATRE brings the journey full circle — from Hong Kong, to Shenzhen, and back to the place where it began.
