The Corner Shop hosts the latest chapter of photographer Gareth Brown’s long-running exploration of Hong Kong — where dance meets landscape, and movement becomes memory.
Spanning over a decade of work, the series traces the shifting rhythms of the city across more than 40 locations — from dense urban grids to quieter rural edges. Through the language of dance, bodies respond to the spaces we build, inhabit, and leave behind.
For this exhibition, Brown collaborates with visual artist Liz Mok, presenting a new acrylic box installation that frames selected works from the series — moments suspended between motion and stillness.
A study of change, of place, and of the quiet tension between fall and recovery.
